• Response to user’s pre-sales/after-sales questions.
  • Require online remote client to solve the problem with some special circumstances.
  • Collect user’s feedback questions, and hand over to relevant departments in time.
  • Collect user’s requirements, analyzed common problems, and proposed optimization suggestions for the user.
  • Be able to find potential problems of user’s and resolve the problem promptly.
  • Assign task to team member, lead the team, and conduct meeting.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above. (The requirements can be relaxed for those with experience).
  • Clear communication, able to listen to user’s, voices and opinions, clarify customer’s needs, and propose solutions promptly.
  • IT company experienced or related experience is preferred.
  • Lead the team and assign work to the team.
  • Typing speed (60 characters/min).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master the basic operations of Excel and Word.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese/Mandarin Speaking.
